Protest against the repressive treatment of political prisoners in Peru

Resolution of the 4th ICOR World Conference (initiated by OAPCM, FMIN-Mexico), October 2021

Peru is currently shaken by the murder of Dr. Abimael Guzmán by the Peruvian state. Abimael Guzmán was completely isolated and tortured by the Peruvian state for 29 years in a genocidal way, a harsh lesson for those who still believe in the good side of the bourgeoisie, even though it tries to pass itself off as democratic. Almost dead and with abysmal bourgeois class hatred it continues to apply the criminal law of the enemy by enforcing a law that denies burial to political prisoners and prisoners of war – which not even the Nazis did – thus legalizing its crime of murder and genocide. By doing so, it intends that we do not pay the Peruvian people and the peoples of the world the tribute they deserve, to which the best of their children, communists and revolutionaries who gave their lives for the communist revolution, are entitled.

Let us reject the Nazi law of the Peruvian state that represses and exterminates communists and revolutionaries!
