Promotion of a Reserve of Activists in the Future Work of the ICOR

With regard to the future, the ICC suggests to the ICOR members to systematically and actively train a reserve of activists in the ICOR.

Comrades can be proposed for this on all continents and can apply to the World Conference or to the Continental Conferences for a training at the ICC.

Continental and Regional Seminars

ICOR should hold continental/regional seminars which address important political issues. These seminars can be online or offline, but they should present the position of ICOR organizations accurately in order to work out a political direction and position.

E.g.: Asia can hold an online seminar about the Taliban issue in Afghanistan.

Safe Communication

All ICOR members are obliged to learn the encryption method PGP. This applies to all countries where this is not prohibited. All organizations must be given the opportunity by the office to be trained, accompanied and assisted in solving problems. In future and on this basis, international reports, as for example about ICC meetings, will be sent only with pgp encryption.

Support of the International Miners' Conference in 2023

The ICOR welcomes the report of the Main Coordinator of the International Miners Coordination and promises to support the coordination of the miners' struggles, as well as the preparation of the Miners Conference in 2023 in Germany. This becomes more significant on the background of the increased exploitation of raw materials for electro-auto production and electronics, and thus also for opening up new mines in many countries.

Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian Liberation Struggle

In consultation/coordination with the progressive organizations of the Palestinian liberation struggle, the ICOR determines a single day of solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle. In the process of preparation, a joint resolution will be worked out well in advance to document our common positions and to further clarify the remaining differences regarding the issue of Palestine within ICOR.

Education Campaign and Discussion on the Imperialist World System

The ICOR continues the eduction campaign among the masses and the discussions over the changes in the imperialist world system up to the 5th World Conference. Seminars will be carried out on that on the continental level in connection with the next Continental Conferences.

Anti-imperialist Antifascist International United Front

ICOR should further pursue the path taken to build an anti-imperialist and antifascist united front with ILPS. After the long-continuing efforts aimed at that, this should still be further attempted for a period of three months. If this front is not materialized within this time, ICOR shall itself take the initiative on an unrestricted democratic foundation to bring together all possible forces in a broad front against imperialism. ICOR must ensure that democratic methods of organization function and exist in this united front.

Revolutionary Work Among Women in the ICOR

In order to strengthen the revolutionary work among women within the ICOR, the ICC, perhaps with the support of a workshop, will organize a women's meeting of ICOR in connection and also related to the preparation of the 3rd World Women's Conference of grassroots women. This serves the exchange of views and experiences and unification of the male and female comrades on the basis of the ICOR principles. A discussion shall also be led there on further structured cooperation and suggestions for this be developed.

Middle East/Western Asia

The task of building up ICOR in the region Middle East/Western Asia is assigned for a further period to the organization responsible up to now. The next ICOR conference in the region and an intensive process of contacting organizations will be organized in the framework of this building work.

100 Years of Lenin's Legacy

In the year 2024, 100 years after Lenin, the ICOR will pay tribute to his legacy and work with a seminar. This can take place in connection with the 5th World Conference of ICOR.

The ICOR organizations have three months time to discuss and take a decision on this recommendation. First then will this take effect as a resolved recommendation.
