وقف الحرب العدوانية على روجافا شمال سوريا تحيا عفرين

On 20 January 2018 the fascist Erdogan Regime opened a new war front against Afrin and numerous other cities and towns in Rojava in Northern Syria. This has created a new hotbed of war with global significance.

بتاريخ 20 يناير 2018 قام النظام الفاشي لأردوغان بفتح جبهة حرب جديدة على عفرين وعلى مناطق عديدة من روجافا شمال سوريا . ما ادت إلى خلق بؤرة جديدة للحرب ذو اهمية عالمية .

The closing resolution of the 3rd ICOR World Conference confirmed:

“We support the Kurdish liberation movement against the attempts of imperialism to influence the revolutionary course in Rojava; we will continue to make come alive the Solidarity Pact between the ICOR and the Kurdish liberation movement.”

وأكد القرار الختامي للمؤتمر العالمي لمنظمة إيكور على :
نحن نؤيد حركة التحرير الكردية ضد محاولات الإمبريالية للتأثير على المسار الثوري في روجافا؛

سنستمر في جعل ميثاق التضامن لإحياء العلاقة بين المجلس الوطني الكردستاني وحركة التحرير الكردية .

The SDF (Syrian Democratic Forces, in which the Kurdish forces play the leading role) had delivered severe blows to the reactionary-fundamentalist, fascist IS (“Islamic State”) in Kobane and Raqqa. Now the inter-imperialist contradictions are developing around the division of spheres of influence. The USA, EU, Israel, Russia, as well as Turkey, Iran and Saudi Arabia are contending over the domination of the Middle East.

قامت قوات قسد (القوات السورية الديمقراطية، التي تلعب فيها القوات الكردية الدور القيادي )

بتوجيه ضربات قاسية إلى الأصولية الرجعية، ومنظمة داعش الفاشية غلإرهابية ( تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية ) في كوباني وفي مدينة الرقة . و الآن هنالك تناقضات بين الإمبريالية تتطور حول تقسيم مجالات النفوذ . بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، التحالف الدولي ، إسرائيل ، روسيا ، وتركيا أيضا .

وكما هو الحال منافسة إيران و السعودية على هيمنة سيطرتها على منطقة الشرق الأوسط .

Turkey's goal is to draw a 30 kilometer-long border corridor through Rojava. That would bring all of the large cities there under their control. The US imperialists gave notice beforehand that they “are not present in Afrin”.

وهدف تركيا هو رسم ممر حدودي طوله 30 كيلومترا من خلال روجافا . وهذا سيؤدي إلى إخضاع جميع المدن الكبيرة الواقعة في تلك المنطقة تحت سيطرتها . وكما أعلن التحالف الدولي بأنه سوف لن يكونوا موجودين في عفرين .

The NATO alliance stands behind Turkey. But the attack also was made possible by Russia, as the protecting power of the Assad Regime, by withdrawing its military forces 17 kilometers back from the Turkish border.

حلف الناتو يقف لمساندة تركيا في هذا . وربما يكون الهجوم بمساندة روسية ، للقوات الحكومية السورية التابعة للأسد ، عن طريق سحب قواتها العسكرية على بعد 17 كيلومترا من الحدود التركية .

This attack, the attempt to occupy Afrin and massacres of the population are cynically being called “Operation Olive Branch” by the fascist Turkish state. It is working together for this purpose with militias of the FSA (“Free Syrian Army”), which are armed mainly by Turkey and the Western alliance, too.

إن هذا الهجوم الهمجي من قبل القوات التركية على منطقة عفرين أطلق عليه إسم ( غصن الزيتون ) . تقوم التركية بهذه الحملة بمساعدة بعض فصائل الجيش الحر السوري التي حضنتها تركيا .

This attack is also an attack upon the international working class and all oppressed! In the entire world Rojava stands for the successful struggle against the IS, for democracy and freedom, women's rights, environmental protection, the respect of all ethnic groups and religions.

إن هذا الهجوم الغاشم لتركيا يعتبر هجوم على كافة فئات الطبقة العاملة العالمية ، بعد ما اثبتت مقاومة روجافا للعالم أجمعها على انها هي التي قامت بالتصدي وناضلت ضد منظمة داعش الإرهابية ، وكان هدف مقاومة روجافا من أجل الديمقراطية والحرية ، حقوق المرأة ، حماية البيئة ، وعلى إحترام جميع الفئات العرقية والدينية في المنطقة .

The Arab and the Turkmen population are strengthening the struggle against the Turkish invasion. The Kurdish nation – as so often in history – is being fought by imperialists maintaining to be their “friends”. The limits of the “friendship” of imperialists are always determined by their own interests.

وكما يقوم جميع السكان من العرب والتركمان الكفاح ضد الغزو التركي . وعلى مر العصور كانت الأمة الكردية تقوم دائما على إقامة علاقات صداقة وطيدة مع سكان المنطقة للنضال ضد الإمبريالية التي كانت تهدد أمن المنطقة .

The real alliance partners of the struggle for freedom, democracy and socialism are the ordinary people, the international working-class movement and the peoples of the world.

إن شركاء التحالف الحقيقيين للنضال من أجل الحرية والديمقراطية والاشتراكية هم الناس العاديون، وحركة الطبقة العاملة الدولية، وشعوب العالم .

At its 3rd World Conference the ICOR braced itself for unexpected upheavals and an upswing of the struggles. This foresaw the strengthening of the Kurdish struggle, as also a renewed flaring up of the struggle for freedom and democracy in the region with mass protests in Iran, a nationwide rebellion in Tunisia and the struggles in Palestine.

وابدت منظمة إيكور في مؤتمرها العالمي الثالث رأيها على جميع الإضطرابات الدولية الغير المتوقعة وكما أشارت قلقها على تصعيد الصراع في المنطقة . وكما توقعت تصعيد تعزيز النضال الكردي ، وكذلك تجدد النضال من أجل الحرية والديمقراطية في المنطقة مع الاحتجاجات الجماهيرية في إيران، وتصعيد الأوضاع على مستوى البلاد في تونس والصراعات في فلسطين .

The 2014 Solidarity Pact of ICOR with the Kurdish liberation struggle is gaining influence and significance.

ويكتسب ميثاق التضامن لمنظمة إيكور لعام 2014 مع النضال التحرري الكردي نفوذا وأهمية.

ICOR's principle is: no liberation struggle should stand alone and isolated! The worldwide cooperation and coordination of the struggles for peace, freedom, socialism for the preparation of the international socialist revolution is the order of the day.

مبدأ إيكور هو : لا ينبغي أن يكون النضال التحرري قائما بمفرده ومعزولا ! التعاون والتنسيق على الصعيد العالمي للنضالات من أجل السلام ، مطلب اليوم هو الاشتراكية لإعداد الثورة الاشتراكية الدولية.

Every progressive struggle must become a part of the worldwide anti-imperialist struggle and of building up an anti-imperialist united front. ICOR has taken a decision for a process of building consciousness among the working class and the broad masses about the character of imperialism and its new developments.

يجب بناء جبهة موحدة معادية للإمبريالية ، وأن يصبح كل نضال تقدمي جزءا من هذا الكفاح المناهض للإمبريالية في جميع أنحاء العالم . وقد اتخذت إيكور قرارا لعملية بناء الوعي بين الطبقة العاملة والجماهير العريضة حول طابع الإمبريالية وتطوراتها الجديدة .
