 أوقفوا العدوان الامبريالي الاسرائيلي على الشعب الفلسطيني 

من أجل حل عادل وديموقراطي للنزاع في فلسطين

 ان التنسيق الدولي للأحزاب والمنظمات الثورية (إيكور) تدين العدوان الاسرائيلي الصهيوني الامبريالي على فلسطين وخصوصا الشعب الفلسطيني بقطاع غزة والضفة الغربية. فعبر القصف بوابل من القنابل المدمرة والهجومات البحرية والتدخل العسكري المسلح البري، تم ازهاق ارواح أكثر من ألف فلسطيني، خاصة من بين النساء والأطفال، واصابة أكثر من 3000 جريح وتشريد العشرات الآلاف من السكان الذين دمرت منازلهم تحت القصف. في حين تدعي الحكومة الاسرائيلية أنها لجأت الى "عمل رادع" محدود فقط. وفي الحقيقة فإن الهجوم العسكري تم الاعداد له منذ زمن طويل وبدعم من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الأوروبي وتم البحث باستمرار عن الذرائع للشروع في العدوان وبالتالي تبرير الحرب الامبريالية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني. إنها ردت فعل مستفزة من طرف الحكومة الاسرائيلية على التشكيلة الأخيرة للحكومة الفلسطينية الموحدة بين حماس وفتح. وعلى عاتق الشعب الاسرائيلي تتم محاولة تحقيق مصالح استراتيجية من أزمة الشرق الأوسط. فهي تتطلع إلى احتلال دائم وغير مشروع على مستوى القانون الدولي لقطاع غزة، فهي في حاجة الى الأراضي وإلى الغاز،  ومن أجل ذلك ترتكب جرائم حرب بكل وقاحة من خلال اللجوء الى ابادة  عنصرية للجماهير المدنية المسالمة.

 إننا ندين الدول الامبريالية التي تدعم وتدافع عن اسرائيل وتوجه اتهاماتها بمناهضة السامية لكل الانتقادات والاحتجاجات على ارهاب الدولة والحكومة الصهيونية وتعمل على اضطهادها حتى في داخل بلدانها.

 إننا ندين دعم القوى الامبريالية لإسرائيل، ودعايتها الكاذبة بخصوص "السور العازل"، وما يسمى "بحق اسرائيل في الدفاع الذاتي ضد الهجمات الارهابية" والخط التبريري الذي تم اعتماده على  اساس "الحق الالهي". فالمعتدي هي الدولة الصهيونية الاسرائيلية بدون شك، والتي لا زالت تستمر في احتلال أجزاء كبرى من فلسطين، وتلجأ الى حصار عنيف لقطاع غزة، وقامت بالترخيص باستنبات مستوطنات جديدة في الأراضي الفلسطينية الخ.

 إننا ندين أيضا تدخل القوى الرجعية في المنطقة  كتركيا والعربية السعودية وقطر وايران الاسلامية الفاشية (حتى وان لم تكن هذه البلدان ترتبط بنفس العلاقات مع اسرائيل) والتي تحاول أن تفرض مصالحها السلطوية في المنطقة على حساب الشعب الفلسطيني.

 ندين تيارات التحقير والميولات المناهضة للسامية المتفشية وسط حركة التحرير الفلسطينية والتي شأنها شأن الصهيونية بمثابة ايديولوجية عنصرية في خدمة النظام الرأسمالي الذي يستهدف تقسيم القوى التقدمية والثورية في العالم وتحريض الجماهير الشعبية وعلى الخصوص العمال بإسرائيل بعضهم ضد البعض الآخر. إننا نعترض على مناورات التضليل القائمة على المساواة الديماغوجية بين مناهضة الصهيونية ومناهضة السامية.

 منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية دافع الشيوعيون وباقي الثوريون عن الحل العادل للنزاع في فلسطين والذي يحفظ حقوق الفلسطينيين والاسرائيليين في ظل  روح الأخوة بين الشعوب. فالنزاع يتطلب اليوم حلا ديموقراطيا بين "البلدين" في ظل وجود دولة اسرائيلية الى جانب دولة فلسطينية ذات سيادة. واعتبار  ذلك خطوة انتقالية نحو فلسطين ديموقراطية موحدة يتمكن فيها الشعبان الاسرائيلي والفلسطيني من العيش معا في اطار من الاحترام المتبادل وجو من الثقة بدون تمييز أو اضطهاد. ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك الا بواسطة النضال من أجل التحرر الوطني والاجتماعي.

 إن منطقتي الشرق الأوسط وأكرايينا أصبحتا منطقتا خلاف تتنازع حولهما  الامبريالية من أجل اعادة توزيع مناطق النفوذ والسلطة وتشكل بؤر حرائق خطيرة تعمق من مخاطر التهديد بحرب عامة. اننا ندعوا كافة العمال والنساء والشباب وكافة الديموقراطيين ودعاة السلم الى تكتيف وتعميق احتجاجاتهم، وتظاهراتهم ومقاوماتهم، خصوصا يوم 6 غشت، اليوم الآسيوي ضد الحرب، وأيضا يوم فاتح شتنبر، اليوم الأوروبي ضد الحرب.

من أجل حل ديموقراطي وعادل بين "البلدين" ونحو فلسطين ديموقراطية وحرة !

  Stop Israel's imperialist aggression against the  Palestinian people!   For a just and democratic solution of the Palestine conflict! 

 The International Coordination of Revolutionary Parties and Organizations (ICOR) condemns the aggression of Zionist-imperialist Israel against Palestine and especially the Palestinian population of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. More than 1000 Palestinians, especially women and children, have already been killed, 3000 injured and tens of thousands have lost their homes as a result of the brutal bombing, attacks from the sea and the deployment of ground troops. The Israeli government claims that they are conducting a limited “retaliatory strike“. Actually the military attacks had been prepared long beforehand with the backing of the USA and the EU, and only pretexts had been constantly searched in order to begin and justify an imperialist war against the Palestinian people. That is the provocative reaction of the Israeli government to the recently formed joint Palestinian government of Hamas and Fatah. Israel wants to obtain a strategic advantage from the crisis in the Middle East on the backs of the peoples. In violation of humanitarian law it is striving for a permanent occupation of the Gaza Strip. It needs territory and gas and for that purpose it is committing uninhibited war crimes of genocide against civilians.

 We condemn the imperialist countries which support and defend Israel and in their own countries discriminate criticism of and protests against the state terror of the Zionist government as anti-Semitic and suppress them.

 We condemn the support of Israel by imperialist powers, the propagandist lies about border protection, about the so-called “right of self-defense of Israel against terrorist attacks” and the line of justification of “divine right”. The clear aggressor is the Zionist state of Israel, which has occupied large parts of Palestine, carries out a brutal embargo against the Gaza Strip, allows new settlements on Palestinian territory etc. We also condemn the exertion of influence of the reactionary regional powers Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Islamist-fascist Iran (although these countries have no unified relation to Israel), which are trying to push through their regional power interests at the cost of the Palestinian people.

 We condemn the anti-Semitic attacks and tendencies within the Palestinian liberation movement and in the movement for solidarity with the Palestinian people. Anti-Semitism, as well as Zionism, is a racist ideology in service of the capitalist order and aims at dividing the world's progressive and revolutionary forces and turning the people's masses against each other, especially the working people of Israel and Palestine. We reject the maneuvers aimed at causing confusion by demagogically equating Anti-Zionism with Anti-Semitism.

 Since the end of the 2nd World War, the communists and other revolutionaries have supported a just solution of the Palestine conflict which upholds the rights of Palestinians and Israelis in a spirit of friendship among the peoples. Today this demands a democratic “two-state solution“ with a sovereign Israeli and a sovereign Palestinian state. This is an intermediate step on the way to a joint democratic state of Palestine in which the Israeli and the Palestinian people live together in mutual respect and trust without discrimination and oppression. This can only be attained through the struggle for national and social liberation.

 Along with Ukraine, the Middle East is a bone of contention in the imperialist rivalry for the redistribution of the spheres of power and influence and has become a dangerous trouble spot of the increased general threat of war. We call upon the workers, the women, the youth, all democrats and all peace-loving people to increase and intensify their protests, demonstrations and resistance, especially on the 6th of August, the Asian Anti-War Day, and on the 1st of September, the European Anti-War Day.

 Stop the Israeli attacks upon the Gaza Strip!

 For a democratic and just two-state solution on the way to a free democratic Palestine!

 Against imperialism, Zionism, Arab reaction and Islamic fascism!

 Solidarity with the struggle for national liberation and social emancipation in Palestine!

 Struggle for peace, friendship among peoples – socialism!

 Long live international solidarity!
